Sarah Lacey & Associates is a research company and supplier to leading executive search firms as well as search boutiques. We are a team of six experienced researchers with degrees in languages and research. We work closely with our clients to develop long term relationships.

Sarah Lacey & Associates was formed in 1993 by Sarah Lacey, following her successful career as an in-house research associate with two leading executive search firms.

Since that time the company has built up a solid reputation across many market sectors.

The company has grown both through client recommendation and repeat business; we pride ourselves on long established relationships. We have an extensive databank of knowledge supported by our bespoke database.

Geographically we have carried out searches globally, from Canada through to the Asia Pacific region, with extensive work across Europe, backed up by our language capabilities in French, German and Spanish. Our breadth of experience leads to cross fertilisation of ideas across different sectors.
